Chef Dan Bark
A Korean American born, Chef Dan Bark dedicated nearly 20 years to his craft working in the 2-Michelin Star restaurant, Avenues, and as sous chef for the famed 3-Michelin Star, Grace. In 2015, on a new journey, he moved to Thailand and in 2017, opened his dream restaurant.
Caper's Concept
After the launch of the 1-Michelin Star restaurant, Cadence by Dan Bark, in 2020, Chef Dan pours his heart into crafting a unique dining experience at Caper with the same love, focus, and care. At Caper, it's not just about food; it's about emotion, connection, and the pure joy of our guests sharing their special moments.
